Prayer is one of the greatest blessings of being a Christian. The hope of our God is that we will communicate regularly with God and prayer is that communication. Our Lord wants us to share our feelings, our happiness and joys, our desires, and our concerns. Our promise from God is that God will listen and bring us an answer, even though it is hard sometimes to understand that the answer is not our desire. But we can always be sure that the response will come with support and guidance and love. God will always love us and help us get through the "tough" times.
