Good Samaritans
The Good Samaritans for All People, Inc. is a non-profit organization to help the less fortunate. We really need your help to purchase food, clothing, and toys for those who qualify.
The Good Samaritans for All People, Inc. reaches out to help twenty schools in nine counties with donations of school supplies. The organization extended its services to include assisting schools and children with supplies as a direct result of many parents being unemployed due to the ongoing relocations and closings of many area companies.
Last year alone this organization served over 3,386 individuals, most of whom were children. The Good Samaritans for All People has provided assistance to over 41,000 North and South Carolinians since 1995. This year the organization will be asked to provide assistance to a greater number of our citizens due to the state of the local economy. It is for this reason I ask that you keep us in mind as you plan your contributions to organizations such as ours this year. Our services include, but is not limited to, providing boxes of food at Thanksgiving, distributing clothing, toys, and food at Christmas to any individual or family in need, visiting the elderly in nursing homes during the Christmas holidays, a food and clothing Summertime Giveaway, and a Back-to-School Supply drive.
We accept gifts or donations in the form of non-perishable food, clothes, toys, household goods, and supplies as well as monetary contributions. We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, which will allow any contribution you make to be tax-deductible.
